It depends on what you're looking for.
The Dell has considerably more storage, considerably more RAM, and better graphics performance for games.
The Lenovo will have quicker boot times, quicker file transfer times, better battery life, and touch-screen/tablet functions.
The Intel i5 and AMD FX are comparable in terms of performance and reliability. The i5 is better with single-threaded applications, and the FX is better with multi-threaded applications and applications with large memory use.
SSD's are more reliable and have faster access times. That translates to faster booting, faster launching of programs, and faster transfer of files. But that comes at the cost of storage (the Dell literally has 8 times more), and mechanical hard drives are still pretty reliable. The speed of applications once they're launched will be as good or better on the Dell.
If I wanted a machine that would play games, store lots of files, run large, demanding programs, and get lots of continuous use I'd go with the Dell.
If I wanted a machine that doubled as a tablet, is used mostly for basic everyday applications, is going to be away from home more than it's at home, and is going to be used in several short bursts, I'd go with the Lenovo.
