It has freezes probably 4-5 times in two weeks. Yesterday I was in class and it started giving high pitched beep codes then it froze. Its a lenovo miix 2 8. It freezes most of the time when I charge it at night.

and disable startup things you don't need and could be causing the freezing.
on Windows 8 goto Task Manager and goto the startup tab at the top and uncheck things you don't need. All you do need is antivirus ticked and that is all.

Welcome to Windows 8. Did you update your table to the latest version? I had several machine with 8 on it and I had to go back to 7 because of issues. I know that isn't an option on tablets. Time for an Apple or Android. Oh well.
