and 441 gb of hdd
Added (1). its an hp 2000-2b09WM notebook, can i upgrade the processor and will adding more ram do any good?
You should go with something along the lines of a Geforce GTX 760 ($249~), an Intel Core i5/7 4th Gen, and a 600-750W PSU.
I also recommend you ditch Windows 8.1 for a 64-bit version of Windows 7; it's unfriendly with games.
If it's a notebook, though, upgrading it manually is more limited. Your best bet is to get a better laptop like, say, a Lenovo IdeaPad Y510p ($750-800~)
New CPU, New Power Supply and new Graphics Card.
What's your budget?
You will need atleast an i5 CPU, and perhaps a GTX 660 and a SeaSonic 550W PSU.
