Where can I find the windows 10 Dolby audio drivers for the lenovo G500?

At the notebooks support site i would imagine.

You find drivers at the manufacturer's website, and if they're not there, then the drivers aren't ready for distribution yet.

Try Dolby's website or Lenova's website. Beyond that, there's nothing you can do if neither has it.
