Where can i get a third party battery for a lenovo x220 that won't die in a month?

You can't. Buy the proper one from Lenovo.

I buy batteries for laptops and cell phones off of ebay all the time. Rarely have one that doesn't last, and they're dirt cheap. I'll never waste the money on buying from the manufacturer, they overcharge like crazy.
