Added (1). Every phone runs android except one which is iphone that runs iOS… Maybe samsung, huawei, lg, lenovo etc too poor can't make your own operating system?

There are more mobile OSs than iOS & Android.

Samsung does also make their own mobile OS, Tizen which has been used on some of their phones & smartwatches.

It was just easier for other phone carriers to use that rather then create their own. Apple is iOS because they create their own hardware and software both, and integrate them together. (Did you ever notice that iphones never lag at all? There's a reason for that.
