Audio levels on my lenovo yoga 2?

Added (1). Even if I raise the volume all the way, I can barely hear anything. Is that normal?
The audio works really well when I listen to spotify, but otherwise I can barely hear.
I have the 13" and I've had it for about two weeks

Go down to bottom right corner. Click the sound icon, go to mixer, adjust sounds as desired.
if that doesn't work, go to control panel, click on sounds, and adjust them.
