Can anyone identify this graphics card?

My mother went and bought a computer while I was in college and TigerDirect really scammed her with a refurbished PC that didn't even work until after she took it for the 5th time and they took out the graphics card they had put in. Anyways the graphics card is now just sitting there and the problem I have is that it doesn't have any identifying marks on it e.g Nvidia, Radeon, etc. It has a VGA port and a HDMI port here is an image of it

Here are a series of serial codes on it V183, N1996, APCB M3 94V-0, E230435, Model: V183, D33008, and oh it says Made in China XD
