All in one Lenovo computer white screen issue?

My Lenovo C40 computer has been having a blank white screen at the startup more often. Lately i've been able to fix it and get it running again by unplugging and it pressing the power button before plugging it in again, but the usual random tricks won't fix it anymore. I got the display replaced a year ago for a black screen issue (the computer is almost 2 years old).
Here's more info if it's needed:
AMD A6-7310 2.2 GHz Processor
8 GB DDR3 RAM
1 TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive
21.5-Inch Touchcreen Display; AMD Integrated Radeon R4 Graphics
Windows 10
Is there anything I can do to fix it myself, or will I have to call someone to get it fixed again?

Added (1). The item model number is F0B50052US. I don't know if that'll help but better safe than sorry

This is a hardware issue so nothing you can do yourself.

If you still have warranty on it you can contact the manufacture. You can also take it to the repair shop. But to be honest i don't think that laptop is worth more then $300. So if the motherboard is causing the problem then your better off just getting a new laptop.

you can also flip the laptop and check the memory. If you got 2 dimms then you can take one out and test it again. If there's only 1 then you can change it to the next dimm. Ram can also cause an issue like this. You can also try changing the hard drive if you have a spare and test it again.
