Can Lenovo C460 (all-in-one) Desktop computer run Sims 4 smoothly?

I'm sorry but i did a look up at amazon to check out the specs they have one for 2000 dollars, i hope no one pay 2000 dollars for it i would say the base price is about 600 dollars besides that seems like a intel graphics i have to go with no as far as running smoothly, it will run sims 4 up to medium settings but not smoothly
