Google Chrome keeps hanging! What do I do?

Every time when I use Google Chrome, in like a few seconds it freezes. Tried to wait, but nothing happens. I can't click, type or do anything on it, so I closed the window and opened it again, the same thing happens again; a few seconds and it freezes. Can some one give me instructions on how to fix this so that I could use Chrome again without any problems please?

Details:
Using a Lenovo computer (I forgot what type it is, and I don't know if it's a low-end, a mid-end or a high end computer)
Windows 7

First uninstall Google chrome and install again, may be it will work.

Check it again, If Google chrome work fine then good, if not, you can follow below steps:

First of all delete the Local State file which holds some of the Custom Settings.

Checkout if the Flash extension is the culprit and causing the crashes, and see if it helps.

Reset Chrome settings.

Uninstall chrome from your device & reinstall it. It may help.
