The pages on google chrome will not load at all! This wasn't the case before I downloaded the free trial version of Indesign
What should I do to get it to run faster? How do I clear cache/memory, will it make a significant difference?
I need Indesign for one of my college courses!
Has to do with your internet connection. That program shouldn't slow down the connection. Wireless is generally slower than wired. But if pages don't load first start by
step 1: turn laptop's Wi-Fi off then on
step 2: unplug router's power and reconnecting after 10 seconds.
step 3: clear cache by going into settings of your browser going to history settings- it gives you the option to clear history and other things. Choose to clear the cache
step 4: test again
step 5: if this doesn't work you may want to connect to your router using a internet cable
It might be an issue with your internet service provider, you may have to contact them
