I'm shopping around for a refurbished desktop and am totally lost

I'm will not be doing heavy gameplay but I've taken some code-intensive classes. I've got my eye on two computers. 1.) HP Grade A Desktop Computer Elite 8300 Intel Core i5 3rd Gen 3570 (3.40 GHz) 8 GB DDR3 500 GB HDD 160 GB SSD NVIDIA NVS 300 Windows 7 Professional for $327.99
2.) Lenovo Grade A Desktop Computer M92P Intel Core i5 3rd Gen 3470 (3.20 GHz) 8 GB DDR3 1 TB HDD 160 GB SSD NVIDIA NVS 300 Windows 7 Professional for $279.99

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm not too concerned on the pprices, but if I'm getting a bad deal it'd me nice to tell me.

Either should be fine. I'd get the Lenovo, but that's just a personal preference. 0.2Ghz difference in processor wouldn't be noticed, but 500Gb of storage could be handy.

There's really not enough of a difference to make it worth the extra $50. Just get the cheaper one.
