I need advice for a PC I'm building

So i'm a 9 year old boy, anyway so, my main desktop is an emachines from, like 2006, and my laptop is a acer aspire. I was looking online at different sites like Newegg, and I bought a RGB keyboard, and some speakers. I need to save up more money, by working for/with my dad in his construction job, so I can get a deepcool case. But, I have no clue weather to get an Intel or AMD. I heard good and bad things about both of them. What's your opinion on kaby lake? I'm asking for a Lenovo flex 4 for my 10th birthday. I want to build a PC so I can get better games, not just ROBLOX and wizard11 and pirate101 and Toontown Rewritten ( which toontown online was way better )
tldr what parts will be decent, but not too expensive?

Added (1). Sorry, but that's not what I asked for, idiot.

Added (2). thanks to all of you exept the dumb poop head that said underage people are not allowed, btw people like that make me raise my voice because they don't know ANYTHING

I5 or a Ryzen 5, Asus or MSI MOBO with and M.2 SSD slot, 8GB RAM DDR3 or DDR4. 1060 GPU. 600Watt PSU, M.2 SSD, 1 TB HDD. Okay now to explain. Either Intel or Ryzen are good choices, it is the price you're worried about, read up on them. ASUS and MSI and Gigabyte all make great MOBO's but I use ASUS a lot but this last time went with and MSI with and M.2 SSD slot. M.2 SSD is a Solid State Drive inline with PCI express. If you can't afford it get a 240GB SSD sata drive. Put the OS on the SSD and it will be faster. I got a 1060 and I like the performance. The 1TB HDD is for data storage and apps you don't need a lot of speed for. You will have space on the SSD for apps and those would be games where speed is important. Go on You Tube and Google about these parts so you get an idea about what to do with them. You have to find out about Page files and moving your user file to the HDD. SSD's have a limitation on number of writes. So a page file has a LOT of writes as it acts like RAM on the disk. So it is better to put it on the HDD. I know it seems like a lot but if you spend time learning about all these things you will have a successful build, one of many. I've been doing this for 20 years and it is fun. Wear a wrist strap to ground yourself, static damages PC boards. Hyper 212 is a great cpu heatsink by the way. Newegg.com and Amazon are good places to look for parts.

So, you're asking for a laptop for your birthday, but you also wanna build a gaming PC? Oi. In my opinion, just asking for money would be a better option if you want to build a gaming PC.

Well, if you're also getting a dedicated graphics card for the computer, get an Intel processor. Kaby Lake is fine.
If you're on a "budget", a GT 1030 or GTX 1050 will be good for a graphics card. Over a hundred, but cheaper then the high profile cards.

Also, if you want more people to help, try not to call people idiots using question edits.
