This is not a Windows 10 bug thus Microsoft is not responsible for "fixing" this. What it means is that your audio card's manufacturer (Dolby) has to release a driver update so that it will run on Win 10. You need to go either to your computer manufacture website (Dell, HP, etc) and search for your model and see if they have released it thru them yet OR go straight to the Dolby website and find that driver and install it. It is not Microsoft's responsibility so if you wait for them to do this you're wasting your time. Driver updates for hardware devices is always an issue that exists anytime there's an operating system change. It just takes a little while for the hardware manufacturer to release a driver update for users to install.
