Is this a good PC for me? Any extra tips?

So I've decided to buy my first gaming PC and wasn't sure if this one was good. I wasn't sure when to get it but I figure now was the time since Lenovo is having a sale. Would I be able to play games like CSGO day z h1z1 rainbow six siege and GTA 5 smoothly on medium settings? Please let me know and if you have any tips for a new PC let me know.

It'll run your desired games at med settings and 720p resolution, but it's not worth it for the price.

For the price, probably not. I would save the $589 and build a better gaming PC. It appears that Lenovo uses proprietary things, so you might need to buy some sort of adapter if you want to upgrade the power supply.
