Is this a good quality PC?

Do you believe this PC could run graphically superior games well like Skyrim, even with mods. Also, is it fairly priced? Please specify and keep in mind this is an all in one package I'll be getting it off Amazon for $700.

It doesn't say what the graphics card is it only lists the amount of memory.A low level card with a lot of memory still won't run games.
