My HP Officejet 4630 printer has stopped printing ink. It has been happening for a week now. It has new cartridges, and was printing OK for a while. I've checked the ink levels and they are about half full. It stopped printing anything from MS Word, but would print pictures or screenshots. It has now stopped even printing those. The printer will feed the paper through, but it is completely blank. It is about 6 years old. Also, I have a PC. I'm not sure what Operating System it is. I have a Lenovo computer. It has worked well with this printer for the past 2 years.

TROLL
EDIT: This is just not someone who does not know how to use a printer. If it prints using one program but not another, it is not the printer's fault. He says nothing about the printer self-test and fails to give any significant facts. Just enough details to be intriguing but not enough to discern the problem.
Also, a new user! I don't idly call this person a troll. This question has all the earmarks of a TROLL.

One of the levels, perhaps black, is not reporting correctly. Might be empty.
