What startup programs from the task manager can I disable in windows 8.1?

I have a Lenovo computer from the G505s series (model # 20255) with Windows 8.1, and I want to know which startup program I can disable to let my computer have a faster performance. The startup programs I have are: Catalyst® Control Center Launcher, ETD Control Center, Intel Services Manager, Lenovo Battery Management Software Ver 8.0, Lenovo Energy Management Software 8.0, Conexant High Definition Audio Filter Agent, PowerDVD RC Service, RTFTrack, SmartAudio CPL (32bit), MUI StartMenu Application, and Mcagent. If anyone with knowledge about computers and their programs could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

Catalyst® Control Center Launcher - Settings and options for your GPU - I would disable if your regularly not messing with the settings on your card

ETD Control Center - application for touch pad solutions on your laptop, "you need this running if you want to use fancy gestures on your lappy touchpad." - disable if you don't need them

Intel Services Manager - disabling wouldn't speed up your computer at all, leave it alone

Lenovo Battery Management Software Ver 8.0- power management - disable if you don't mind windows default version
Lenovo Energy Management Software 8.0 - same as above

Conexant High Definition Audio Filter Agent- adds a nice audio tray for settings on your system tray-feel free to remove/disable if you don't change audio settings much

MUI StartMenu Application -no comment, is ok to disable

The rest you can feel free to disable, nothing will be affected

You should take the time to learn what each program does before disabling any of them. Each has a definite purpose and a some may not be necessary, but If you guess wrong, you could risk damaging your operating system. The two that I consider optional are Catalyst and PowerDVD. These are needed but do not need to run at start-up time.
