Which computer could be sold for the most money?

I'm trying to clear up some computers since I've been told I have too many.

I already have a nice gaming laptop, i7, 16GB Ram, Nvidia GTX 980M Graphics card that i bought due to needing to downsize. Now I'm just trying to decide which computer would fetch me more money.

First computer is a laptop, specs:
Lenovo Y510
15.6" 1080p display
Intel i7-4700MQ 2.4GHZ-3.4GHZ Quad-core with hyper-threading
16GB Ram
2x Nvidia GT755M 2GB GDDR5 in SLI
1TB HDD
Windows 7

Note: I can swap out the 1TB HDD for a 960GB SSD that I already have as well. But ONLY if it would be worth it on selling it since it was an added cost.

Bought in April of 2014 (this year)

Second computer is a custom built desktop, specs:
NZXT Phantom 410 Mid-tower Fire Engine Red
Intel Xeon E3-1230V3 Haswell, 3.3GHz- 3.7GHz Quad-Core w/ Hyper-threading
16GB Ram
EVGA GeForce GTX770 SuperClocked with EVGA ACX Cooler, 2GB GDDR5 256bit
128GB Crucial SSD
3TB HDD
24" 1920x1080p Display
Basic Keyboard and mouse
Windows 7

Built in late June 2014 (this year)

I'm planning on only selling one of these computers and only sell the one that will fetch me the most money/ most return.

Also I may just sell both of them, but was just trying to get a ballpark figure on how much each could be sold for.

Thanks for answering and points to best answer!

Added (1). Wanted to add that either may be sold locally first, then I may expand on shipping if i don't get the right offers.

You might want to consider selling the laptop first as the shipping costs would be a little less than shipping and packaging a desktop. Laptops are often in demand, especially as one nice as yours. Sell the SSD card separately and leave the HD in the laptop.

For the desktop, if you want to sell it, use Craigslist and look for a local buyer only. Don't even answer those not local to you. And avoid those who promise you the world, even send you a bogus check over the amount you list, and just deal with real people near you.

You can also use eBay.com to sell either one. Buyer always pays for the shipping.

It does not pay to swap the HDD. You do not get full recovery on used equipment.
In a choice of 1 to sell, it is not about the recovery money. You sell the 2nd laptop.
The tower can be graphics upgraded. Now, the fancy GTX 980M laptop and tower perform approximately the same in gaming and probably slightly stronger in other functions (Tower slightly better). You can upgrade the tower further, where your laptop is top-ended. The Lenovo laptop is far lower in performance.

The Lenovo laptop should Ebay or Craigslist at between $800 and $900.
You have not stated your motherboard, power supply, CPU Cooler, RAM detail, display model number and brand. I will assume Windows 7 is Genuine and Home Premium.
With what you describe and some reasonable assumptions filled in,

The Desktop/Tower PC is now US$1332 after rebate, delivered, to build it oneself.
$1400 with some labor included. You can upgrade or downgrade selected parts that were missing.
A 65 to 75% used value since it is current $910 to $1050.
It is very current and could go towards $1200 delivered to a local buyer in a large city.
The prices would go up or down accordingly by ratio by updating my choices for missing items.

The tower sells for more, but the laptop is redundant and not upgradable.
