Would it really be best to buy an expensive gaming PC?

So everybody there's only one particular game I wanna play on PC which is Street Fighter 5. I know I'm not on good thread to ask this but I really want to know things before I invest in anything. Of course it's a demanding game and even when I run things on the lowest settings the game is still too sluggish and slow yes I've changed resolutions too. The computer I have is this and Specs are listed in the link: https://m.ebay.com/...1760519028

However the one I have is only 4GB of ram. The question is could I run it smoother at the lowest settings If I increase ram. And I was thinking about investing in a GTX 550 if it would help since it's fairly cheap and if it fits onto the motherboard. The reason why I'm asking this is because a man is broke and desperate. I don't care about running the game in high settings I just want enough to run it smoothly at low settings. Would investing in these improve it some? Or would I seriously have to invest in a higher end PC, I just want some insight before I make any mistakes. Also I've heard and seen people runnning the game on low settings on low end computers, I don't know how some people manage to run it.

If you're broke then how would you b able to afford more RAM or a GTX 550 let alone a expensive gaming PC

Small form factor desktop PCs are very difficult to upgrade for gaming, and yours is an old low performance one.
Your CPU rates about 1670 score as below a first generation core i3 laptop CPU
AMD Phenom II X2 B531670
Core i3-330M @ 2.13GHz 1792
Your PC has a small size power supply of only 240 watts
Your system motherboard shows a graphics card slot of PCIe x 16, but the space for a card is extremely limited in all directions.
A GTX 550 TI would not fit, and is too much power required as 116 watts.
Looking at Street Fighter V requirements, your CPU is less than half of minimum and a GTX 550 TI is below minimum and your 4GB RAM is below minimum.

Your PC even with Windows licensed genuine copy is worth under $100.

It is annoying to people who understand pc's to even consider yours, because it is bad for upgrading.

So you wanna play games on a 9 year old PC by upgrading it with a 7 year old entry level card?
Ain't gonna happen.

You might be able to get somewhere with a GTX 750ti, 8gb of RAM and upgrading the CPU but in the end you are wasting your money and you need a better PC.

Your PC has too many shortcoming that make it difficult and in some cases impossible to upgrade.

SFF cases really need to be discarded and upgraded to at least a mATX sized case. Usually these Small Form Factor computers come with a low powered CPU that's not good for gaming, they come with a 250w power supply which only runs with low end graphics cards, and the motherboard is not always able to accommodate a proper CPU upgrade. Really it's best to start from scratch.

You don't need an expensive PC to play games and Street Fighter 5 doesn't need world class hardware to run at high settings at 1080p. If you have a good understanding of hardware, you can sometimes find a fixer-upper PC for a low price on Craigslist, then with a few upgrades you will have a perfectly suitable gaming PC.

Right now is an awful time to build a PC. Graphics cards are marked up 50% or more beyond their MSRP levels because of the demand of Alt-Currency mining. Miners use graphics cards like the RX 570, 6gb GTX 1060, GTX 1070, RX 580, etc to mine these currencies and these miners will buy as many cards as the store allows. Also, DDR4 RAM has more than doubled in price within the last 19 months. Last year a Gamer could build a really good budget PC tower for $550 but now it would cost over $750 for that same tower.

GPU mining is seeing a turn of the tide as the ROI levels of cards have increased to the point that it would take nearly a year for these miners to break even. Unless cryptocurrency sees a massive pricespike, this is only going to get worse for them. If things get bad enough, many of them will bail from mining and sell their hardware in the process. My suggestion is, save your money for a better day.

Yhh, if you are a gaming freak, you should

It is basically worst time in history to be building a gaming PC, right now! GPU and RAM prices are out of control. You'd be much better off buying a PS/4 and playing it on that, as the system will be much cheaper than any PC with a graphics card these days. Cryptocurrency miners have made these components impossible to get anymore.

Like another poster said, SFF are the worst kind of computers when it comes to gaming.
Most SFF computer systems' PCIe slots only support around 35-40W GPUs whereas most low-profile GPUs require at least 65W. Even my Nvidia GT440 is rated at 65W and Nvidia recommends a 300W power supply. Anfld guess what, most SFF PCs cone with around 250W PSU.
Its best to invest in something better, preferabily a Tower System.
Hope it helps!

Saves your a headache trying to get things to 'work'

Also you might want to investigate because buying a expensive pc doesn't mean that you will get a quality product

Google for street fighter 5 and hardware requirements. Read a few sites other than the maker's [they tend to under report the required hardware in order to sell games]

Yes
