Are the laptops from lenovo company reliable compared to dell and hp? - 1

A laptop is a laptop. But lenovo gets terrible reviews compared to dell and hp

Yes

Laptop Mag 2017 Report has Lenovo at top brand, based on several factors

The problem is that there's little reliability data released to the public. The market shares are different also. People have experience with only a few laptops. Cheaper laptops are less reliable than more expensive ones for hardware. That is to be expected. The vast majority of issues are software related, especially as Microsoft changes operating system with free upgrades on old hardware or does changes and drivers are not up to date. Rescuecom in the USA does issue a report including tablets and laptops:

Hardware problems are so few.
Latest report has Lenovo better than Dell and HP in their report.

Maybe the software updating is better, or maybe they fix the few known issues. Maybe it is that they sell a lot more premium Thinkpads.
The common fails are the things you plug in and out such as the power cord DC input jack, USB ports and USB 3 is better than USB 2 for reliability of the connector. The hard drives also eventually have an issue in all laptops so keeping a Windows Product Key and maybe making a recovery disk allows a cheaper repair. Keyboards have issues when people eat food or spill things. Spilling liquids in any laptops is a problem. Some Thinkpads have spill trays inside to help liquid drain.

Most laptops have minimal design and production from the brand label on them and instead are procured (purchased) and resold.
Taiwan headquarter companies with factories in Mainland China make the laptops.

They are more similar than you think.
It really comes down to sub-models and the industry is mostly commodity. Unless buying a premium laptop, brand is not important.

Lenovo is probably the better of all the three you know the Lenovo by the name of IBM and Motorola but the Chinese are no making the Lenovo but it's still the most Ironclad computer out there there are lenovo's on eBay that are still working after 22 years

Lenovo is one of the top pc brands it's made by IBM and is great computer depending on the specs I would go with Lenovo
