What laptops are more reliable and last longer Dell or Lenovo Thinkpad?

I'm not sure if I should get Dell laptop or Lenovo Thinkpad?

My 1998 Latitude CPX-H500GT old Intel P3 Win98SE and 2012 Inspiron R 15-3521 i3 Win10 Dell laptops are just fine. My 2007 Lenovo G555 AMD Fusion Win7 laptop had 3 video chip detachments from heat, a common problem. Now running with new motherboard and forced air cooling that keeps everything under 94*F.
Not sure about current models from either company. Read reviews.

Lenovo tell is a wannabe Lenovo but nothing is as good as the original Lenovo which is also Motorola and IBM
