Are these specs good enough to play PC video games?

This is a Lenovo IdeaPad 300:

-Intel Core i5 (6th generation)
-2.3 GHz CPU speed
-12 GB RAM
-Windows 10
-Intel Graphics 520 (2 GB)
-500 GB HDD

Go there, find the game and it will scan your laptop and let you know if you can play it and at what settings. Chances are almost all of those are a no, your graphics card sucks.

If you want a good gaming machine you want a good graphics card. Integrated intel graphics will not get you good performance on games with highly detailed graphics. So it's a good machine but needs a graphics card to make it a decent gaming machine.
A GTX 650 or better would be my suggestion
