I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 on a Lenovo laptop. When working in Word, I use Autotext frequently. I have recently been having a problem with certain auto-texts - I input it with the exact formatting that I want (font/color/bold/underlined), yet when I actually use it, the entire thing comes out as if it is a hyperlink (underlined and blue). How can I stop this from happening? In other words, how can I ensure that the formatting that I do is the one that is kept?

If you are not seeing the spaces between words, press Ctrl-Shift-*
Also press Shift-F1 to open the Reveal Formatting task pane. Click in different areas to see what formatting is being applied in that area.
I suspect some style that you are not aware of is being applied.
