Best laptop for around $700 to 800. I was looking at either the Lenovo Ideapad 700 or Dell Inspiron i7559. Any suggestions?

My 2010 Lenovo G555 had 3 video chip detachments from heat. Now trying a new motherboard.
My 1999 Dell Latitude CPxH-500GT is still fine, built like a tank. My 2012 Inspiron R 15 3521 with i3 Intel and a nice touch screen with Win 10 is very good.
