I would figure ~$150 for parts and labor at a minimum. Most replacement monitors (typically used) that I've seen online cost between $80 and $150 depending on model. Computer shops have varying labor rates. The cheapest I've seen is $80/hour and the most expensive was $150/hour.

A computer tech should be able to remove the broken monitor and install a new one in about an hour.
