You can only use USB to recharge other devices than your laptop. It is not possible to charge a laptop through USB.

How on earth are you going to put enough voltage to charge a battery normally requiring a voltage near 20 v from a port which is regulated down from the battery voltage to 5v. Maybe you should learn to read, then you would understand what the symbols mean. Do you remove the covers of connection boxes marked danger of death and stick your fingers in them?
