Can music be restored from an Ipod?

I had a Lenovo Laptop which had music which was synced to my iPod.(Nano4thGen).
My laptop crashed and I had to reinstall Windows. Unfortunately, all my music got deleted. However my music is still on my Ipod. Is there anyway by which I can save music from my ipod to my Laptop?

If all your music was bought through iTunes then it will be redownload when you install iTunes and log into your usual account. Otherwise you will need to purchase some third party software to copy your music from the iPod to the laptop. Just google iPod to PC transfer and you will get many hits.
