Can we add Wi-Fi device internally in laptop?

I'm using lenovo b460e laptop and i don't have Wi-Fi device is this possible to fix internal Wi-Fi device

Get a Belkin USB Network Wi-Fi Adapter, I use them in my desktops and they work really well.

If the laptop uses a MiniPCIe connector for the Wi-Fi, sometimes you can purchase a replacement and install it yourself. Most have an access panel on the bottom for this. The antennae typically connect using a screw-on connector.

Otherwise, you may be out of luck. Buy a USB Wi-Fi adapter instead.
