No. You should get the thinkpad t61p though its great for the price of 203$
and if you already have word on another computer it should come with an activation code that's either in your email or on a paper. Then go to office website and download usin code
or you could burn it on too a disc and bring it on to your computer although that si probably illegal and might not work
