Right now, the most demanding game out there I'm pretty sure is Watch Dogs. To run that on Ultra requires a GTX 780 or a Radeon R9 290. If you spend enough money, you *MIGHT* find a laptop which could meet this requirement, but I doubt it. I'm also not aware of any laptops with the equivalent of a desktop i7-4770k or an FX-9350. So pretty much, it ain't gonna happen for Watch Dogs, no way, no how. If you are good at low to medium settings, then you can be satisfied.
I would not consider either an Acer or a Toshiba, flat out. Those two machines come from the two lowest rated windows laptop mfgs. (http://blog.laptopmag.com/best-worst-laptop-brands-2014/3)
For your best performance you should look at an Asus ROG machine, an MSI, Sager perhaps, Razer, etc.
For more mainstream gaming one of the best values/options out there's the Lenovo Y510p - specifically a model with 2 GT 755M graphics cards in SLI. Having the 2nd card installed means you can't have an internal optical drive as it goes in the Ultrabay.
