Help resetting windows 10 laptop?

So i have a lenovo ideapad 100, and got some kind of virus making it laggy and not letting me reset it, it would be a big help if anyone can tell me.

or
on any working computer download windows 10 media creation tool and create a USB installer - you need a 4GB USB drive
Boot of that and clean install windows 10 that way

or
clear the virus
Download from here http://www.avg.com/gb-en/avg-rescue-cd AVG rescue disk and burn it to a CD. You may need a working computer if yours is badly infected. Boot off the CD and follow the prompts. After that your computer should be clean.
Once your computer is up and running I would also download Malwarebytes antimalware from bleeping computers

Run it to check for any malware that AVG missed
