I have a Lenovo Ideapad P500 and an intel HD4000 graphics card on windows eight. I was wondering if i can allocate more memory so I can play Kingdoms Of Amalur: Reckoning Please help thanks
How to allocate more memory to integrated video card?

You don't have an Intel HD4000 Graphics card - you have an Intel Core i5 CPU which has internal graphics capability which is called Intel HD4000 Graphics (it's inside the i5 itself). Like all laptops, it is what it is. If you want something different, you need to buy a new laptop.

Boot into your bios by pressing a key such as F8 or F12 then go to the video section of your bios and look for shared memory, then allocate as much as you want. Happy gaming bro.

In BIOS, under video settings.

You can't do that. Video chip memory is hardware-related. You can't increase it.
But you can increase virtual memory. Google it.
