My dad recently gave me his touchscreen Lenovo laptop, complete with the newest 8.1 Windows. I have absolutely no clue how to use this thing! My issue is that I want to create my own user and delete his, or replace his with my info such as my sign on name and email. I have no clue how to change or delete it. Any clues or help would be greatly appreciated! If I can't do that, can I take it somewhere like best buy or some place like that where they can fix it for me?

I don't touch Windows 8.1 but from windows 7 try finding some kind of control panel or search "user options" or something like it in the search bar thing. Make a new profile and make it and administrator so you can do things such as delete users and so on.
Best thing to do with new tech is look through options and menus. Teach it to yourself and impress friends.
