How to disable switchable graphics in my laptop?

I have a Lenovo laptop with a switchable graphics feature. Because of this, some programs aren't detecting my AMD card and won't run cause it says Intel HD cards are not supported. So how can I disable this feature and can I revert it back?

Without knowing the specific model number -- you should be able to disable the integrated graphics through bios. Look up instructions on doing something like this for your model.

Device manager select the inbuilt graphics card and select disable - then reinstall your preferred graphics drivers
