How to download a browser when you don't have a browser?

I know it sounds weird but my sister has a Lenovo Ultrabook ThinkPad with Windows 8 and she somehow deleted all of her internet browsers and now she can't get on the internet. How can I install a web browser without having even Internet Explorer to download one? Is that even possible?! I have no idea how she deleted every web browser on her computer because I personally downloaded two in addition to the default Internet Exporer.

Use a flash drive to get the installation files needed from another computer.
I believe there's also a command that will open a browser window, but I can't test it at the moment so it's kind of a stab in the dark.
explorer "http://google.com"

You have to use a different computer to fix this problem, but there are other options you can use to fix this problem.

Try to download a web browser on one computer, but don't install the web browser on the computer. Use a jump drive, or flash drive to transfer the web browser to the Lenovo Ultrabook ThinkPad, and then install the web browser on the computer.

Either disc or flash drive with the app exe.

Ever heard of a system restore?

Other software like real player, jet audio have browsing capability. Other wise you should be able to do this on another computer and transfer the file via an USB.
