Microsoft help all users upgrade the OS to win10 by so many ways. Such as upgrade online. But when i finished upgrade my laptop(lenovo 420), it is failed and shows some error messages. So i have to recovery some of my files storage C drive. Who can help me recover the files in Win10?

You should have written down those errors and searched on them. Windows 10 also has a number of very good support groups that could have helped you. Try looking in your C:\ drive for \Windows Old as that is where your older Window files were placed.
Also, go to your Control Panel > Security and Maintenance and then look at the bottom-right for "Recovery" and then another link for "If you are experiencing problems with your PC you can refresh." This option can perhaps assist you.
BTW, you would installed the Preview edition of Windows 10 since the new official final version is not out yet.

BEFORE you installed it, you did take a backup and a copy of your important files, didn't you? If not: then alnost by definition you do not have important in those files! If you did take a copy, then you can restore those important files easily from your copy.
