I have reinstalled my OS again in laptop, technician installed another camera application?

So if i download lenovo camera application again will it be a problem?

If the application is available from the lenovo support/Downloads site.
Or you created a Drivers & Applications backup disc (Prior to re-install of OS).
There's no reason why you can't install it.
