Improve computer performance?

Hi! I have a computer with these specs below:

Operating System
Windows 8 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 3210M @ 2.50GHz54 °C
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology
RAM
6,00Gt Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
LENOVO INVALID (U3E1)56 °C
Graphics
Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Lenovo)
Storage
698GB Seagate ST750LM022 HN-M750MBB (SATA)51 °C
Optical Drives
Optiarc DVD RW AD-7740H
Audio
Conexant SmartAudio HD

With these specs, I get 10-15 fps on games like Just Cause 2 (demo), Crysis warhead and GTA 4. Only game where I get over 20 fps are Indie Unity game, Trackmania and Minecraft. Is it normal to get 10-20 fps with these specs? Can I improve my performance somehow?

I just updated my drivers and use the "Highest performance" power plan.
I have a Lenovo G580 laptop.

Hey intel hd is the worst graphics… If you have little money like about rupees 12000 just go with AMD Radeon R7 260X GDDR 5
if you have more money like rupees 20000 just go with AMD Radeon R9 270X GDDR 5… If you need a gaming graphic card which supports all games in ultra just go with AMD Radeon R9 280X GDDR 5. Thats it and your pc becomes a gaming pc

You can't upgrade graphics card on your laptop like other desktop…

only you can able to upgrade RAM… How much it decide upon your laptop model…

if you want performance in gaming so you buy a gaming laptop…

Yes that's all you're going to get. The Intel HD graphics card is useless when it comes to high end gaming. You're gonna have to upgrade to an Nvidia or AMD gfx card with at least 2GB of VRAM to have decent performance.
