I just recently picked up and Elgato Capture Card and was going to record gameplay on my Xbox 360 but my laptop that I had didn't have the right requirements needed to record gameplay. It was also really laggy and slow. I'm thinking of buying a Lenovo G500 to capture gameplay and to edit videos. Is that laptop compatible with my Elgato Capture Card and able to edit videos without any lag? It has a Processor of "Intel 3rd generation core i3. Its processor speed is "2.4GHz". It has 4Gb of RAM and 1TB Hard Drive. Under Graphics it says "Intel Hd Graphics 4000. The price of the laptop is $449.99 Is the Specifications good enough to record and edit videos?
Is a Lenovo G500 laptop good for capturing gameplay and editing?

My friend has an elgato like us and had an i3 and 1.6 GHz 2 ram and it didn't work. He upgraded to i7 2.4 5 GB ram and it worked fine for him. I made a custom $2k PC i7, 3.0, 9 GB HD it records flawlessly when recording console and the same PC. Rendering iss smooth and decent too. I wanna say it'd work but I'd recommend a slightly more powerful laptop or a decent PC tower to be safe.
