It increases the life of your battery but do make sure that your battery isn't at 0% for a long time. Else it will be in trouble.
I had the inverter at my home too and did the same and my battery lasted for over 4 years. And it still have a backup of over 45 minutes.
And NO, it won't damage any internal part of your laptop. But make sure it's not over heating else it will. I think it is quite safe. I have done that in the past after the battery would no longer charge, and there didn't seem to be any problem. The laptop was a Sony Vaio. It will be fine. Yes it is completely safe Since some laptops use the battery as part of a power conditioner, it's important to check the owner's manual for In general, if the manual doesn't state that the battery must remain installed, then it's safe to run without it.
Before removing the battery for an extended period, charge or discharge the battery to between 30% and 40%, then store it in a Before using, allow it to warm to room Every three months or so, charge to This will substantially increase the service life.
jheel commented, "Removing battery is BAD advice", and that is just flat-out Keeping a Li-ion battery hot, while charging it or maintaining a full charge, is the worst possible combination for battery health. It's pretty safe. I do it all the time. If you have the bad battery. You have to remove it to save the hardware. But the lap is need the battey. Why should it remove. You can use it without battery but not for every day. But you can. The laptop can work without battey. But wnen without battery backup power will not help to the system. Doing that all the time myself.
