Leno y510p CRU battery-do i return my old battery?

DO i have to return my old battery after I received my new one? It didn't include a shipping label from what i saw, but it just didn't seem right. Lenovo ALWAYS wants their batteries back! It would. Be nice if someone with the same model and the same issue answered, but i will be very glad with any answer! Please Help ME As soon as possible! I really appreciate it!

I on the other hand have had a battery dilemma very similar to this
the best suggestion that I can make is to return it to the retailer you bought it from, it will save you the most time.
