It sounds like it is running several programs at once or has programs on and running in the background that you are not aware are running. It would be good to run a system check and clean up your current running programs and clean out broken fragmented links. You can find a wiki for your specific model at wikihow and find the steps through the wiki to clean up your model.

That can be one of two things the fan heat sink is plugged up with dirt and which case you need to blow it out with compressed air or there's a virus or malware running wide open on your computer toast in your CPU open up your task manager and look under performance and see if your CPU is up toward a hundred percent and if it is you need to turn it off quick like and reboot into safe mode and try from there to run Malwarebytes and to clean out that virus or malware if you can't clean it out you will have to reinstall Windows before your CPU becomes a piece of toast
