I recently began a system restore on my computer to fix boot up problems, when my laptop died at 13% restore because I forgot to plug in the power cable. After I plugged the cable in, the computer has consistently failed to load. When I turn it on, the blue screen comes on that asks to press enter, F8 for startup settings, and esc for uefi firmare settings blinks and stays the same when I press any of the options, except for the esc button. What can I do to get the computer to boot, or to simply restore everything (my laptop doesn't have a disc slot)

If Windows can't be started, then follow the steps below to start the Lenovo OneKey Recovery system:
1. Shut down the computer.
2. Press the Novo button. From the Novo button menu, select the Lenovo OneKey Recovery system and press Enter.
