Ok so the LENOVO Y510P has a better processor and 2 slightly better graphics cards. They both sport dual NVidias but the LENOVO Y510P has the newer better one. But the Lenovo Y500 has a 16 GB SSD. Is a 16 GB SSD worth getting a slower CPU & GPU

I love Lenovo that's all i buy. I have 3 of their laptops love them all, very durable. I would get the Y510p. I have a friend who has the exact one and he says it works perfect. Yeah the 16 GB SSD is good but you won't really be able to have a lot f things on there, i mean it is just 16 GB. Both of them are great, they would both do justice. It all comes down to what you wan't.

Not really. 16gb isn't even enough to install an OS on. I'd go for the 510p, and you can always add an SSD in the future.
