How do I use my product key for my laptop, I just bought a cheap Lenovo and it come with a booklet and code to use Microsoft word act. It is telling me that it isn't a code and that I may be entering a product key for another version

I would contact Lenovo and/or Microsoft. Nobody on here is able to answer that as it sounds like there's an issue with your product key

Check what programs are already installed on the pc. The link below describes the issue and there's one answer that says there's a fix for it. Your product should already be installed, just download and try the fix.
