My lenovo easycamera just stoped working?

My Lenovo Easy Camera just stopped working after I installed a facial recognition program called KeyLemon on Windows 8.1. I have reset my computer entirely twice and have installed the latest drivers exactly for my brand of laptop. The camera worked for a brief time after the first reset and I tried the software again but it did the same thing. I have tried everything but i don't think its a coincidence that right after I installed the software my camera stopped working but i'm ready to chalk it up to a hardware problem and be done with it, but if anyone could give me some advice i would be grateful.
