My two adapters burnt within 10 days I'm using Lenovo laptop. Are these below problems? - 1

1) i connected adapter with low quality spike.
2) There's no power up and downs in my room.
3) my laptop battery is taking much time to charge.

"i connected adapter with low quality spike." means what? You waited until there was a spike in the power to connect the adapter? What is a "low quality spike"?
How do you know "There's no power up and downs in my room." Do you have a recording volt/amp meter connected to your wall socket?
What is age, condition, capacity of that laptop battery in some unknown model and age of your "Lenovo laptop"?
Which models of adapters are you using with that laptop? Are they rated for the right voltage and amps?
No blind guessing is possible from your information. Have your stuff tested at a shop with proper equipment. Call in an electrician to test your wall power.

If your laptop adapter is burning up and it's the proper adapter for the laptop the very first thing that I would take a look at is the battery if it's shorted out it will burn up your adapter and your motherboard in record time.

When you buy a new adapter, buy also an AVR. Plug the AVR to the wall socket and the laptop adapter to the AVR. That way the adapter is protected from fluctuations.

Next, limit laptop usage to 2 hours at a time. Rest in between. By rest I mean turn off. Do this even if it's not summer.

I'm sure you have a wrong adapter.
