1) i connected adapter with low quality spike.
2) There's no power up and downs in my room.
3) my laptop battery is taking much time to charge.
Please tell me what is reason.
My two adapters burnt within 10 days I'm using Lenovo laptop. Are these below problems?

Sounds as though you aren't usiong the correct wattage adaptor for your laptop. It's trying to draw too much power from them so they, burn out. You MUST use the correct one.

Either it's a wrong / fake / low quality power unit or the laptop battery is faulty.
Or both - a faulty battery could have caused the original power unit to fail.
If it only works on battery for a short time despite hours of charging, you need a new battery…
